Shipping Information

  • Please note we are unable to deliver some bulky products to PO Box addresses.
  • Our automated shipping process means your order will be dispatched by the next working day. Their can be rare circumstances that this won't occur (e.g. bad weather). But other than those we do really good!
  • Due to our quick and automated delivery process, we can not accept changes or cancellation of an order after payment is made. You can however follow our easy return policy.
  • Please allow approximately 2 - 12 business days for product to arrive. Need a tracking number? No worries, simply contact us.
  • We highly recommend having an answerable contact number as we do pro-actively make call outs to fast track the delivery process.
  • Deliveries are to the front of the property, or may require to be picked up from a local depot. There is an extra charge if package needs to be delivered to inside the property.
  • We highly recommend adding shipping insurance as that will make the claims process easier. To ensure the easy processing of claims, please ensure you inspect the item before signing for it. Insurance applies if an item is damaged during transit and the damage prevents it from its intended use. Insurance covers the cost of the product only. We may request the original product to be returned to us. It would be customer's responsibility to have original products returned.
  • To protect Australian Consumers, our orders go through fraud checks. At times, we may not proceed with fulfilling the order and will contact you and provide a refund instead. Although rare, we reserve the right to cancel any order and provide a refund.
